Job Description
At Cadence we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.
Working with product engineers field and support engineers and R&D to determine training requirements.
Develop and update highquality training content and lab experiments aligned with software releases.
Create narrated online demo videos educating customers on how to use tools and methodologies.
Work on the Cadence Characterization portfolio.
Given clear goals can work independently to accomplish such goals.
IC Operation and CMOS Fundamentals: Strong understanding of integrated circuit operation and CMOS fundamentals including process variation and statistical characterization at advanced process nodes 5nm 3nm etc..
IP Characterization and Liberty Modeling: Proven expertise in IP characterization and Liberty modeling a deep understanding of various Liberty formats including NLDM CCS ECSM LVF EM Aging and others.
IndustryStandard Solutions: Handson experience with industrystandard characterization solutions such as Liberate or Siliconsmart/Primelib.
Scripting and Automation: Proficient in automation skills using Tcl Python and shell scripting to streamline characterization workflows.
DomainSpecific Experience: Experience with Standard cells Complex I/Os Memory Macro and MixedSignal characterization is highly desirable. Library Validation experience is a plus.
Cadence Tool Expertise: Familiarity with Cadence Liberate and the Cadence Spectre Circuit Simulator is a plus.
Should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with a minimum 35 years of related working experience.
Has strong written and verbal English communication skills.
