IC Operation and CMOS Fundamentals: Strong understanding of integrated circuit operation and CMOS fundamentals including process variation and statistical characterization at advanced process nodes 5nm 3nm etc..
IP Characterization and Liberty Modeling: Proven expertise in IP characterization and Liberty modeling a deep understanding of various Liberty formats including NLDM CCS ECSM LVF EM Aging and others.
IndustryStandard Solutions: Handson experience with industrystandard characterization solutions such as Liberate or Siliconsmart/Primelib.
Scripting and Automation: Proficient in automation skills using Tcl Python and shell scripting to streamline characterization workflows.
DomainSpecific Experience: Experience with Standard cells Complex I/Os Memory Macro and MixedSignal characterization is highly desirable. Library Validation experience is a plus.
Cadence Tool Expertise: Familiarity with Cadence Liberate and the Cadence Spectre Circuit Simulator is a plus.
Should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with a minimum 35 years of related working experience.
Has strong written and verbal English communication skills.
