Your role and impact:
The People & Diversity Business Partner serves as a consultant and strategic partner to both employees and management ensuring that HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives. Reporting to the People & Diversity Lead you will collaborate with various departments to provide guidance and support in all areas of HR including but not limited to employee relations performance management compensation and organisational development.
