Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for handling finances with precision
SEDA College WA is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Officer to join our team parttime (up to 15.2 hours p/week are available) on a maternity leave contract for the rest of 2025. In this role you will contribute to the daytoday finance function of the College with particular focus on the operations maintenance and continual improvement of the accounts payable function.
As a Finance Officer your role will be crucial in maintaining the financial health of the College ensuring accuracy in processing transactions reconciling accounts and supporting financial reporting. Your work will directly contribute to the Colleges ability to deliver highquality education and student experiences.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
Youll become a vital member of our dedicated and successful team. To thrive in this role you must have:
Essential:
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current and valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current Drivers License
Desired:
Experience in finance accounting or a related field
Experience managing accounts payable
Strong knowledge of financial software and tools
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
