Raytheon has an opportunity for aSenior Analyst Contracts who seizes the chance to immerse themselves with several top talent teams to accept and take on some of Raytheons most intriguing and unique contractual opportunities. The successful candidate will support a significant portion of our classified portfolio as part of Advanced Fighter Systems (AFS) Contractsteam.

This role is eligible for a SignOn bonus.
What You Will Do
Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) / Requests for Information (RFIs)
Conduct proposal reviews and coordination
Participate in the review and negotiation of terms and conditions of customer agreements.
Support program management and reviews
Provide general contract administration support
Ensure coordination with the customer program team
Liaison between internal and external customers
Qualifications You Must Have
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
Active and transferrable final U.S. government issued security clearance (Secret) is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start. US citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Experience with theFederal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
Experience in one or more of the following: change management requests for equitable adjustments (REAs) engineering change proposals (ECPs) dispute resolution and negotiations
Qualifications We Prefer
Good analytical skills excellent interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand the financial aspects of contracts and risk quantification
Experience working in a fastpaced environment where prioritization is required to be effective
Proven record of responsiveness with strong time management and organization skills
Contractual acumen with proficiency in contracts fundamentals
Related contract administration experience including handson proposal preparation and contract negotiations with the US Department of Defense (DoD)

The salary range for this role is 72000 USD 144000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
