The PSME Tech team is looking for its IN Site leader that will lead functions around marketing operations lead management marketing intelligence and Salesforce management. You will also be responsible to find new initiatives to operationalize within the PSME Tech IN site which will unlock significant productivity for AB and drive increased OpEx savings.
As a Site Leader of PSME Tech you will be having the opportunity to:
Leadership inspire team members across multiple VP orgs. Including People Managers Marketing Managers Engineers Program managers.
Collaboration work with PSME leads WW to ensure project delivery is timely and remove blockers in front of your team.
Vision you will be the leader for PSME Tech in India. Directorlevel stakeholders will depend on you to set the vision for their team members in IN.
Develop and nurture a culture of high performance and accountability. Document best practices to drive improvement of employee skills processes career advancement and job enrichment.
Strategy Define the multiyear vision and strategy for the larger operations team with the goal of adding incremental value for the organization. You will work with each subteam to operationalize their goal to reduce friction and drive incremental AB value.
Global Influence Partner with business teams worldwide and set / clarify requirements and expectations for operation initiatives.
An ideal candidate will possess a proven track record developing talent with a focus on working with multidisciplinary teams project deliverables and deadlines. A candidate with strategically and innovative thinking to guide Marketing Operations help identify launch and scale new initiatives that accelerate the growth and direction of Amazon Business programs and identify top areas of opportunity.
10 years of team management experience
Bachelors degree in management business administration economics engineering marketing
Experience working with presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience managing analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience managing marketing operations
