About the role:
- Running your own carriage of matters with the appropriate supervision and support.
- Working on personal injury claims with a focus on professional indemnity matters such as policy coverage property policies and indemnity disputes.
- Drafting court documents preparing briefs as well as attend Courts and conferences with witnesses & third parties.
The ideal candidate:
- Senior Lawyer with 4 PQE in the Insurance space.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Proven experience in professional indemnity.
- Ability & willingness to mentor and supervise junior lawyers.
