The department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at Michigan State University features an established online graduate program offering Masters degrees and a graduate certificate via online asynchronous learning. The department seeks qualified assistant instructions to teach and develop courses in the online graduate programs in Pharmacology and Toxicology. Applicants should have a strong background in Pharmacology and Toxicology and/or professional development skills needed by biomedical scientists. Previous experience in online teaching and course development is preferred but not required.
Positions will be parttime and a competitive salary offered. Applicants will report to the Director of Online Graduate Programs in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology. Applicants in this pool posting are reviewed when the department has an immediate need to fill a vacancy within two years of the position posting date and will be filled on an asneeded basis.

Previous experience in online teaching and course development; excellent written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with instructional technology tools.
