Job Description

Community Physician Network is seeking a board certified/board eligible fellowship trained Anesthesia Pain Management Physician who is motivated to make a difference in their community and grow a flourishing multidisciplinary practice. Community Physician Network Interventional Spine Care is expanding to the brandNEW Community Hospital Westfield Campus in 2025.

Block schedule in the Ambulatory Surgery Center and main operating room

Desired requirements
BE/BC in Anesthesia & Pain Management
Fellowship training in Pain Management
Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
Proficient in interventional pain procedures joint injections nerve blocks and epidural injections
Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
