Position Summary

The Campaign Initiatives & Engagement team (CI&E) plays a pivotal role within University Advancement as a central hub for planning and executing universitywide initiatives such as Make Way: Our Student Initiative and comprehensive campaigns. CI&E collaborates with colleagues across advancement and oversees the coordination of campaignrelated volunteer efforts.

CI&E is seeking a dedicated individual to report to the Executive Director and manage ongoing and special projects including information hubs for UA staff and volunteers smooth operations of volunteer engagement activities and various special projects. Candidates should be adept at navigating processes assessing risks setting and managing milestones and deadlines and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and diverse constituencies.

This person must be highly motivated have keen attention to detail have excellent project management skills and the ability to master new technologies. Must also possess the ability to exercise considerable initiative and sound judgment in planning prioritizing and carrying out work. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances are essential. Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

This role is integral to campaign volunteer engagement activities. This individual ensures smooth operations by fostering efficient and productive internal partnerships by:

  • Serving as a central logistics coordinator for volunteer visits and other activities
  • Coordinating and distributing briefing materials for volunteers
  • Tracking and reporting campaign volunteer activity in ARCH (Advancement Relationship Constituent Hub) University Advancements Salesforcebased platform.

This role manages special projects with the Executive Director or Associate Vice Chancellor for CI&E. Responsibilities include but are not limited to becoming a skilled user of the ARCH campaign reporting dashboard tracking and reporting on select campaign initiatives facilities naming opportunities administration and various special research tasks.

This role is responsible for managing campaign resources for University Advancement through the UA intranet on SharePoint and the volunteer resources hub on WordPress. The individual in this position will collaborate with CI&E and UA partners to ensure that information remains current organized and userfriendly.

Salary Range

$21.17 $32.85 / Hourly

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including ones qualifications and performance equity with others in the department market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
