This HVAC Instructor will teach classes focused on the heating air conditioning and refrigeration program. This faculty position is responsible for planning organizing and operating the program designed to prepare students for a career as service technicians building maintenance technicians equipment assemblers and installers. He/she will work with other program faculty and college administration to perform the positions functions described below.

The duties of this position are performed in person on our Lakewood campus.
This position is represented by the Clover Park Federation of Teachers Local 3913 AFT/ AFT Washington.
Duty: Provide classroom and lab instruction utilizing various teaching techniques to prepare students for entrylevel employment in the HVAC/R industry.
Tasks include:
Three years employment in HVAC/R troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
