The Cosmetics team is seeking a detailoriented and resultsdriven Communication Specialist to support our Front Store Merchandising organization. This position will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience across 7000 stores. This position is instrumental in delivering the best process and support across multiple parties focused on and support for all Cosmetic Planogram solutions and field communication
The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex problems developing actionable insights and creating mitigation strategies to address business challenges. With a focus on data driven decisionsmaking manage and lead support functions related to the Cosmetic Fixture process.
Manage Cosmetics Planogram Inbox and lead dispolay allocation and solutions Be 3rd Party Liaison between the business owners fixture support and the field Lead Fixture Portal Management through communication tracking and fixture ordering Support Field Communications of aligned upon strategy in partnership with Store Operations Manage SOS Store Brand Inventory by providing recommendations and cost saving opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
2 years of fulltime work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
2 years experience building and delivering leadershipfacing presentations and materials
2 years experience analyzing and synthesizing data
2 years experience successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts
Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals
Strong time management skills evidenced by experience being accountable to multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines
Strong personal integrity and judgment evidenced by a track record of managing highlysensitive or highlyvisible business matters
Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech
Strong ability to build fast credible relationships with leaders peers and clients
Strong analytical skills with an ability to process data identify problems and make effective decisions
Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
Proven track record of high performance
Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept feedback
Regular and reliable attendance
Any additional tasks as required by the supervisor or manager
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Power BI and Outlook

The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 $38.82This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
