Within this we are building a solution to enable sellers to set up their website & scale their independent online business serving their customers with the most effective ways possible. In other words we want to be the one stop shop for all ecommerce needs for D2C brands. Our vision is to establish SmartBiz as the most preferred solution for D2C stores by positioning it as the most trustworthy and costeffective ecommerce solution for D2C brands.


Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a handson detail oriented and highly motivated sales leader to help deliver our product solutions to sellers to succeed online. You will be responsible for onboarding and scaling high value sellers for the business by managing a team of sales reps.
Core responsibilities:
Build and lead a high performing direct sales team fostering a culture of consultative selling and continuous improvement through process excellence
Responsible for managing sales forecasting pipeline and revenue tracking
Implement lead qualification and pipeline management processes to identify prioritize and nurture highpotential opportunities aligned with ideal customer profiles ensuring a steady flow of quality prospects and efficient resource allocation.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define product positioning messaging and value propositions for target buyers
Execute performance management frameworks and coaching initiatives to foster a highperformance sales culture.
Leverage datadriven insights and analytics to optimize sales processes identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisionmaking.
Monitor market trends competitor/industry landscape and customer preferences to adapt gotomarket strategy


5 years of sales experience
4 years of B2B sales experience
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
MBA

Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Experience influencing Clevel executives
