AboutTheRole
As Head of Deployment youll lead our team of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) who work handinhand with our customers to implement configure and iterate on AI agent deployments
What Youll Do
Lead and scale the FDE team: coach and support a highperforming team of customerfacing engineers.
Own the deployment lifecycle: from onboarding new customers to iterating postlaunch based on realworld feedback.
Ensure excellence in : define and standardize best practices in deployment implementation and technical customer onboarding.
Partner crossfunctionally with Product Engineering and Sales to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
Drive customer success through handson involvement with key accounts and highstakes deployments.
Build systems and playbooks to scale deployments efficiently as we grow.
Prioritize velocity while maintaining quality our customers expect fast reliable implementation.
What Were Looking For
5 years of experience in technical deployment solutions engineering or customerfacing engineering roles.
Experience leading technical teams ideally in a fastpaced startup environment.
Strong technical fluency (APIs integrations scripting debugging).
Experience working with AI automation or voice technology is a big plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A bias for action ownership and problemsolving.
Passion for delivering highquality experiences to customers.
