In Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) we integrate verify and validate our products. We put our systems together exercise them in the lab or in the field measure and analyze performance and make sure our products work the first time and every time.
To accomplish this we develop plans and procedures debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces develop test environments and work handinhand with our customers.
We are seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer II to join our SI&T team in Richardson Texas. In this role you will work with crossdisciplinary team of engineers who are leading the industry in ground systems solutions.
What You Will Do
Conduct integration and test activities as a member of the Mission Management team
Identify technical issues during software and hardware integration and collaborate with fellow engineers to drive solutions to closure
Development of automated test scripts and their
Troubleshooting and debugging issues
Work in an Agile program environment
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelors in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant systems integration and test experience or a Masters degree in (STEM)
Experience with systems integration and test for a software product in an Agile CI/CD environment including regression testing test scripting and test automation tools
Handson Integration and Test engineering experience
Experience troubleshooting and debugging a softwarebased system or product Experience with Linux Red Hat Python and Perl
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience working in a Satellite Ground System development or operations environment
Experience with ground station and satellite domains (such as terrestrial data networking command and telemetry launch operations flight dynamics mission planning onorbit operations)
Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira Confluence Bitbucket) Test Automation experience (Cucumber Gherkin Zypher)
Experience with Java C or Python Experience with Linux operating system
Experience in a Cloud environment; AWS certification is helpful CompTIA Security or equivalent certification
