Product: Software to manage your data infrastructures. E.g. you have 10 cables in your home not sure which one leads to where. Imagine being a global enterprise company managing onprem solutions: You will have around 10K units. You need software to manage the blueprint to easily check where and how you can migrate new updates. Patchmanager has THE best solution out there and have never really invested anything in sales. They recently received funding from MAIN Capital and are now accelerating growth. Both founders are technical and they want to hire an entrepreneurial AE who wants to help them expand their sales efforts. Huge growth opportunity and you will also get guidance from Main great chance for someone to come in and make an impact!!
New hire: Objectives
Expanding partner network (Grow/Streamline/Improve)
Managing all commercial activities (New business expansion channel sales)
Optimizing the sales processes.
Inspire Marketing (Work together with external marketing agency)
Focus on new business sales and prospecting
Growth perspective: Potential to grow into leadership role over time.
Must have requirements:
Minimum 2 years of SaaS closing experience (Total years of sales experience will most likely be 35
Characteristics: Intelligence coachability curiosity work ethic
Entrepreneurial mindset / startup savvy (Need someone who sees this opportunity and the potential behind it and can deal with ambiguity)
Resultdriven and proactive
Strong prospector / new business acquisition
Nice to haves:
Knowledge of IT infrastructure or industry experience
Channel sales experience
Salary range & secondary benefits: Up to 80K base (incl holiday allowance) 40K commission
