**Exciting Career Opportunity: Airport Manager at Fairbanks International Airport**
Fairbanks International Airport (FAI) is a vital transportation hub serving residents businesses and visitors throughout Alaskas Interior. FAI is one half of the Alaska International Airport System (AIAS) and is the second largest airport in the state. With its convenient access to regional domestic and international travel optionsand a unique setting near the Arctic CircleFAI plays a critical role in supporting tourism cargo operations both in Fairbanks and in support of Ted Stevens Anchorage International (ANC) and the broader economic development of the region.
What you will be doing:
We are seeking a dynamic and forwardthinking Airport Manager to lead FAIs daytoday operations and longterm strategic vision. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in airport management regulatory compliance team leadership airport operations and stakeholder collaboration. This role reports directly to the AIAS Director and requires close coordination with Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC) to ensure cohesive statewide airport operations.
