Job Description
MLSE is looking for a strategic thinker with a revenuedriving mentality to join the Community Engagement and Social Impact team. MLSEs community team is industryleading and works in tandem with MLSEs awardwinning Global Partnerships team to develop meaningful partnerships that advance our impact in the community. Reporting to the Director Revenue Development this role will focus on building and developing partnerships for the community portfolio which includes MLSE Foundation Sport Development and leagueled initiatives.
- Lead a team of two Account Managers to both develop and complete meaningful corporate partnerships in MLSEs Social Impact portfolio.
- Develop and refine a gotomarket strategy for marquee community programs and assets during a time of growth.
- Collaborate with the MLSE Global Partnerships team to strategically achieve partner business objectives by bringing to bear opportunities within MLSEs Social Impact portfolio.
- Craft and present innovative coordinated concepts that find the intersection between partner objectives and the business priorities for the community team.
- Stay current with the programs and assets available on the community team and be familiar with the why behind each opportunity and asset.
- Manage offseason planning with partners to ensure programs and activations are ready to launch at the start of the season and that strategic renewal conversations happen early.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the partner or prospects business and competitive environment building partnerships that bring to bear our outstanding value proposition.
- Achieve revenue targets and provide regular status reports to Leadership.

- Ideal candidate: creative upbeat organized teammate with interest in community impact and partnership development. Must be passionate about supporting youth through sport and skilled at integrating corporate partners authentically.

- You build efficient systems that enable you to work quickly solve problems proactively and produce outstanding quality work. Youre confident using tools like Microsoft Office to support your efficiency and are comfortable adapting to changing priorities as needed
