We re on the hunt for an experienced Team Leader to step into a key role within our highend garden maintenance team. Based on the stunning Mornington Peninsula you ll take charge of some of the region s most beautiful private gardens leading with care precision and pride.

You ll be:
- Leading a maintenance team onsite
- Coordinating tasks and ensuring highquality work
- Liaising with clients as a professional representative of the brand
