Position Title: Virtual Assistant

Salary: Php 30:000 Php 40000.00
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with Conveyancing Experience to support our legal and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Australian conveyancing and be proficient in TriConvey or Smokeball software. This role will assist with document preparation client communications and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient property transactions.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Your Responsibilities as an Virtual Assistant would be:
Assist with the preparation of contracts settlement statements and legal documents.
Conduct title searches property searches and due diligence checks.
Prepare and lodge legal documents related to property transfers.
Ensure all documentation complies with Australian conveyancing regulations.
Communicate with clients real estate agents and financial institutions to coordinate settlements.
Provide updates to clients regarding the status of their property transactions.
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of property transactions and client files.
Input and update data in TriConvey or Smokeball to track progress and deadlines.
Organize and manage electronic and physical files for easy retrieval.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating property settlements.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and industry standards.
Work closely with solicitors and conveyancers to resolve any issues before settlement.
Manage calendars schedule meetings and handle correspondence.
Prepare reports presentations and general administrative documents.
Support daily office operations to enhance overall efficiency
Qualifications as a Virtual Assistant:
Graduate of any 4 year course
13 years of experience in Australian conveyancing is required.
Proficiency in TriConvey or Smokeball software is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures in Australia.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
