About the role
As a House Manager you will work in partnership with a Therapeutic Specialist and Case Manager to lead the implementation of the CARE model and ensure a safe homelike environment that supports Young People in our care to thrive.
You will lead motivate and mentor a team of dedicated youth support workers within a therapeutic residential setting whilst also supporting Young People to develop independent living skills engage in education and remain positively connected to their team of Care Workers Families and broader community connections.

Skills & Experience
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check NSW Working with Children Check and NSW Residential Care Workers Register checks
