SERVICE TECHNICIAN AIR COMPRESSORS

Service Technician Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform onsite installation maintenance and repairs of air compressors and related compressed air equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical diagrams and machine faults to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide technical service startups and evaluations for various compressed air products.
- Maintain accurate written records including evaluations recommendations and reports.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and contribute to growing our sales and service business.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety laws regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve goals.
- Perform any other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Service Technician Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent customer service and consultative abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and selfmotivation with minimal supervision
- Clear and effective communication skills with various stakeholders
- Thorough understanding of products and equipment used in manufacturing.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to travel within territory
- Own your own general hand tools
- Previous field experience working on compressed air equipment ishighly desired.
- Refrigeration certification a plus.
- Demonstrated work history of 2 to 3 years with a servicebased organization.
- Must possess a valid unexpired drivers license with clean driving record.
