Your role:

We are looking for a trusted partner for our Customers Commercial and Operations teams. A leader who will manage a team of global fieldbased Customer Relationship Managers. As a Quality leader you will be participating in customer facing engagements across Life Science and fostering collaborationsfrom various departments including Site Quality Operations Commercial Partners Tech Service and other key partners in our highly matrixed organization. You will be a business partner to improve quality performance from a customers perspective. You will represent our division as an active member in industry advocacy associations promoting customer facing opportunities. Attend and present at customer quality review meetings. Manage customer quality and regulatory resolutions. Ensure delivery of quality services adopting a consultative approach to understand customer needs explainour quality systems capabilities and develop strategies to help deliver our commitment. You will leverage our quality data and digital tools to identify insightful trends and enable proactive support. You will develop and implement standards to ensure customer satisfaction for quality and regulatory matters for the whole Life Science portfolio.

Position can be field based with flexibility on location.

Who you are:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree (chemist pharmacist biologist engineer etc. with equivalent experience in a relevant scientificbased position
  • 10 years of industry experience managing global teams in matrixed organizations
  • Good understandingof relevant regulatory guidelines (i.e. GMP) as it relates to the Pharma BioPharma IVD Medical Devices Food Research Markets etc.
  • Travel Expectations: 50
