About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter to join our highgrowth team! This role combines handson recruiting with datadriven team leadership in a fastpaced missioncritical environment. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of experience managing 4 recruiters thrive in highvolume outbound recruiting and be passionate about transforming mental healthcare.
Our team is comprised of passionate forwardthinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of the mental health crisis and play a formative role in providing lifesaving solutions. We are looking for a candidate who is inspired by our mission and excited by the opportunity to build a business that will impact millions of lives in a profound way.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 48 recruiters implementing datadriven performance management
  • Carry a req load while managing team performance and upward reporting
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and increase team efficiency
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to elevate your teams productivity and effectiveness
  • Manage ATS Greenhouse and all internal job postings implementing best practices and monitoring daily
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels including direct outreach job boards social media and referral networks
  • Partner with the leadership team and hiring managers to align on hiring targets
Qualifications
  • 58 years of recruiting experience ideally in both agency and in house
  • Proven track record of managing 4 recruiters for at least two years
  • Demonstrated success in highvolume outboundheavy recruiting environments
  • Exceptional relationshipbuilding abilities and consultative communication style
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical mindset for tracking metrics and optimizing recruitment processes
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
  • Able to work a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week in our Nashville office and located within 75 minutes of the office
