St. John Fisher University is an independent liberal arts institution that provides a transformative education to approximately 3800 undergraduate masters and doctoral students each year. Across its five Schools Fisher offers nearly 40 majors in the humanities social sciences natural sciences business education and nursing; 11 preprofessional programs; and masters and doctoral programs in business nursing education pharmacy and public health. The Universitys residential campus boasts a robust living and learning community and a successful intercollegiate athletics program. Fisher is a community where all are welcome regardless of religious or cultural background. The Wegmans School of Pharmacy prepares pharmacists for lives of intellectual professional and civic integrity. It is dedicated to educating the next generation of pharmacists to provide pharmaceutical care that enhances the healthrelated quality of life of the patients they serve. With a strong commitment to service School of Pharmacy students can be found engaged with communities across the region and around the globe through clinical rotation service trips summer service trips and community education initiatives and outreach. Fisher pharmacy graduates consistently achieve high firsttime NAPLEX (North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination) pass rates. The Wegmans School of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education ACPE a specialized accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
