Responsibilities:
Provide and maintain an exceptional customer service experience sales and quality of service.
Arrive on time adhere to agreed upon schedule and in dress code to maintain high professional standards and ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed to company standards.
Identify guests needs and recommend skincare and packages based on those needs.
Develop and foster an inspiring culture where customers love coming to get waxed while exceeding their expectations.
Maintain outstanding cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications:
Sales experience preferred in a pay for performance compensation structure.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
