Job Description

Job Title: Field Technician or Subcontractor (Energy Monitoring/HVAC Thermostat)

Job Type: 1099

Pay: Per work order

Location: Raleigh Charlotte and Greensboro NC

The field technician/subcontractor will provide a variety of field services to customers and singlefamily rental partners. Primary responsibilities involve installation of smart home monitoring systems (Curb) thermostats and Shifted water heater controllers. We are seeking multiple 1099 partners to fulfill work orders in various North Carolina cities namely Raleigh Charlotte and Greensboro.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform smart home monitoring systems (Curb) installations and troubleshooting as needed.

Install a new thermostat.

Install Shifted water heater controller

Identify electrical environmental and safety hazards associated with work on live electrical systems.

Document completion of completed installation.
