This vacancy is the result of a oneyear longterm leave of absence and the educator on leave retains attachment rights to this position while on leave. The Quincy elementary is seeking a grade 5 teacher. This position will entail instruction utilizing the Universal Design for Learning Framework providing each student with individualized supports and resources to become global citizens. Implementing transdisciplinary units of study while collaborating with and being an active member of our school are seeking candidates who have International Baccalaureate Program experience and Language fluency in Chinese Spanish and/or Somali.

The start and end times of BPS schools vary as do the lengths of the school day. Some BPS schools have a longer school day through the Schedule A Expanded Learning Time (ELT) agreement.
