About the role:
- Advise on employment and contractor arrangements in public and private hospital settings
- Handle regulatory and professional conduct matters including NCAT and IRC proceedings
- Manage Medicare audits government inquiries and healthrelated investigations
- Draft contracts and provide advice on privacy policy and compliance in the health sector
The ideal candidate:
- A minimum of 3 years postadmission experience
- A strong interest in medicolegal issues and claims management
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Confidence engaging with sophisticated clients in a highly regulated sector
- Experience or interest in public/private health systems (preferred but not essential)
