The Department of Management and Marketing in the College of Business at Texas A&M UniversityCorpus Christi (TAMUCC) invites applications for an ongoing ninemonth tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Professor of Management beginning Spring or Fall 2025. This position has primary teaching responsibilities in the areas of Human Resource Management and/or Organizational Behavior at the graduate and undergraduate level and may require a combination of classroom hybrid and online courses. This position will be located at the TAMUCC campus Corpus Christi Texas..

Required Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in Management or related field from an AACSBaccredited institution. Advanced ABD will be considered; degree must be conferred at the time of appointment.
Demonstrated record of scholarly research and publication.
Demonstrated excellence in teaching.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant professional experience
Relevant professional certifications.
Experience teaching online courses
Experience teaching graduate courses
