Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel framework.
Design and manage database systems using MySQL.
Build and integrate realtime applications with Firebase.
Develop crossplatform mobile applications using Flutter.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing software.
Write clean maintainable and efficient code following best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the team is using the best techniques and tools.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning designing coding testing and deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements ensuring technical solutions align with business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fullstack development.
Proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
Strong experience with MySQL database management.
Expertise in Firebase for realtime applications.
Advanced knowledge of Flutter for mobile application development.
Solid understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and responsive design.
Experience with version control systems preferably Git.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and thirdparty libraries.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with other backend languages and frameworks.
Experience with unit testing and testdriven development (TDD).
