In this important frontline role the selected candidate will proudly provide service to our patients with a warm greeting and perform administrative functions for the department through knowledge of medical terminology and applications.

Knowledge normally acquired through a high school education; a minimum of one year of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in a medical office medical clinic or in mental health office; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with medical terminology; experience in scheduling screening and confirming medical appointments using a computerized information system; current or prior experience obtaining/checking authorizations; experience scanning documents and handling a multiline phone system.
