About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a special kind of person a St Vincents kind of person. Someone who puts compassion connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.
As a Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant you will be part of an experienced engaged and dedicated team that is committed to creating a welcoming professional and caring environment for the residents of St Vincents Care Carseldine. Our commitment is to listen to each resident understand who each person is a unique individual who we respect and treat with kindness and compassion.
Please note this role is an immediate start and is a permanent part time role.
Things that work for us:
Previous experience in a housekeeping and laundry in a health care environment desirable
Previous laundry work experience in a health care environment desirable
Chemical handling experience and knowledge
An ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Strong attention to detail and a high level of customer service skills
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
