Amazon shipping is seeking a strategic and results driven leader to join as a Sr. Program Manager to lead the Claims Program charter for our org. We are looking for a talented individual who is able to work in an ambiguous environment manage multiple stakeholders; and lead initiatives to improve Claims Experience and reduce abusive behaviors. You will have a detailed/analytical mindset as well as think big attitude and will be responsible to liaise with key stakeholders across Amazon Shipping Commercial/Product/Tech/Operations teams and internal partner teams. You will be a natural selfstarter who is comfortable working with data driving complex crossfunctional Programs and will have a strong management and analytical skills and be an effective communicator.
As a Sr. Program Manager you will own the WW for growth of the Program Charter. You should have proven experience in strategy largescale entrepreneurial innovation working cross functionally with operations and engineering teams and people leadership in a matrix environment. This role requires comfort in ambiguous situations and maintaining a high bar in a dynamic fastmoving environment. Strong business judgment ability to influence crossfunctional and remotely located teams a customercentric and creative mindset and strong analytical skills are also essential.
Key job responsibilities
Manage the program charter by driving strategic initiatives for growth and quality improvement.
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across Amazon Shipping Commercial/Product/Tech/Operations teams and internal partner teams.
Dive deep into claims data to analyze trends identify patterns and areas for improvement
Lead/support development of product and operational requirements in close collaboration with product engineering and operations teams.
Lead and/or support in key leadership update documents such as MBR/QBR WW VP goals review.
Deliver clear and concise updates on status of the Program with detailed commentary on key challenges risks and mitigations implemented.

5 years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
2 years of driving process improvements experience
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
