Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a Change Management and Transformation professional who will:
Sales Enablement Strategy. Develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement transformation strategies that align with business goals and drives sales performance. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify gaps in sales processes and recommend solutions.
Sales Transformation and Continuous Improvement. Recommend programs workshops and upskilling opportunities to improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Create and maintain sales plays playbooks first call materials and other salesfacing resources. Crosscollaborate with teams to drive change initiatives to drive sales improvements.
Change Management Technology and Tools. Evaluate implement and manage sales enablement tools and technologies to support the sales team. Ensure the sales team is effectively utilizing sales tools. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales enablement initiatives.
The preferred location for this position is Arlington VA (HQ2 or Seattle WA (HQ).
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience in businessprocess design or equivalent
Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
Experience presenting to senior leadership
Experience defining refining and implementing sales processes procedures and policies or equivalent
