Details of Research Project:

Anticiped duties will includeanimal behavioral and physiological assessments to investigate the role of noncoding RNAs and related signaling machineries in the mechanisms of substance use disorders.



Responsibilities

Technical Duties: (include any protocols)

Preclinical Neuroscience Methods: Patch clamp electrophysiology Chemogenetics

Immunohistochemistry Stereotaxic viral infusions Addictionrelated rodent behaviors

Computational Methods: fMRI EEG tDCS

Programming Skills: R Matlab FSL AFNI Net Station EPrime SPSS



Qualifications

Educational and other Requirements for the position: PhD

Experience Required: Expertise in neuroscience methodologies and animal behavior studies.

Goals/Outcomes of the Research Project: To use animal behavioral and physiological assessments to investigate the role of noncoding RNAs and related signaling machineries in the mechanisms of substance use disorders.
