Your New Role
Working on a Defence program and reporting into the Project Manger as a Configuration Asset and Data Management Specialist your role will be to:
- Update implement and maintain Configuration Asset and Data Management processes and procedures in accordance with business and customer requirements
- Maintain and update documents and related configuration items in accordance with approved configuration and baseline changes either directly or in coordination with SMEs
- Manage the accuracy and completeness of configuration status accounting records documents and diagrams
- Administer programspecific configuration management tools
- Audit configuration items in accordance with a contracted schedule and maintain asset management records
- Attend and support customer Configuration Control Boards.
Please note the successful candidate will be an Australian Citizenwith a NV1 or higher AGSVA Security Clearance.
About You and What Youll Bring
Joining a tightknit team working closely with the customer your strong stakeholder management skills and attention to detail will hold you in good stead for the role we are also looking for:
- Prior experience in a Configuration Analyst or Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) role
- ITIL V4 Qualified
- Good understanding of all the ITIL Processes and how SACM integrates with the other ITIL Processes
- Strong technical logical & problem solving skills
- Strong presentation engagement & communication skills (written & verbal)
