Reporting to the Director of Bridge Engineering the Bridge Planning Specialist leads development of standards guidelines and development of tools relating to bridge conceptual design. Bridge conceptual design involves the determination of the optimal location size and geometry of new bridges with a focus on ensuring a sustainable and cost effective bridge design.
