Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our courses and training programs.
Create compelling marketing materials including brochures presentations website content and social media campaigns to effectively communicate the value of our courses.
Conduct market research to identify new trends competitor activities and potential opportunities for course expansion.
Utilize digital marketing techniques such as SEO SEM email marketing and social media marketing to attract and engage prospective students and professionals.
Identify and build relationships with Universities/Colleges and Startups/Corporates to market our courses and establish partnerships for student enrollment.
Collaborate with the content development team to propose customization options for courses ensuring they incorporate AI/ML Cloud DevOps Data and other relevant technologies.
Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach specific demographics and industries.
Conduct demo batches and workshops (online and offline) for students and professionals to showcase the value of our courses and generate interest.
Generate leads (both B2B and B2C) with an omnichannel perspective
Collaborate with the sales team to employ analytics to improve lead generation efforts and achieve revenue targets.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments in the technical training and education sector.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Technical Marketing Manager or similar role preferably in the collegelevel education or training industry.
Strong command over SEO SMM SEM and other digital marketing techniques and their platforms.
Knowledge of AI/ML Cloud DevOps Data and other latest technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with universities/colleges and Startups/Corporates.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software such as CRM systems email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Educational Background: Bachelor's and Master s degrees in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficient in Python and familiar with key data science libraries (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch). Strong understanding of all complex machine learning algorithms not limited to decision trees, random forests, and gradient boosting machines. Competence in data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis. Familiarity with data cleaning, transformation, and preprocessing techniques. Experience with SQL and possibly some NoSQL databases for data querying and manipulation. Basic knowledge of data visualization tools like Matplotlib and Seaborn. Strong skills in SQL for data extraction, and the ability to work with complex database systems. Advanced knowledge of analytical tools and software such as Excel, Tableau, or more specialized software depending on the industry (e.g., SAS, SPSS). Experience with data visualization and the ability to create interactive dashboards. Vast knowledge of NLP, Deep Learning, Machine Learning , Knowledge of genAI with implementation knowledge (LLM, fine tuning RAG implementation) and many more. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data processing and storage.. Professional Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a data science or related role. Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models to solve business problems. Experience in projects that involve complex data structures and large-scale datasets. Exposure to model validation and implementation in a production environment. Demonstrated experience in analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights. Proven track record of effectively communicating findings to help inform business decisions. Experience in performing statistical analysis, forecasting, and establishing data structures that optimize analytical capabilities. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a capability to work through complex issues using a logical and analytical approach. Good communication skills to effectively articulate insights and technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
