Job Description

We are looking for someone with a broad technical background in data analytics strong business acumen who takes ownership of their work and is focused on customer needs. The successful candidate will communicate crisply in nontechnical terms to senior management. They will have an ability to make datadriven conclusions and will be comfortable with ambiguity while working in a fastpaced dynamic environment. The candidate will also need to be a collaborator who can work with internal and external teams to define and implement solutions that will yield benefits to Amazon customers around the world.
Key job responsibilities
Oversee financial reporting for your business area. Understand input drivers and validate integrity of the reporting to influence strategic decisionmaking and planning. Use data to identify disruptive ideas and provide advice to business leaders across the globe.
Build reports and analysis utilizing advanced SQL skills.
Build and drive planning forecasting and reporting models.
Use active listening skills intuitively to communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear concise and unambiguous manner.
Adjust style for various audiences to articulate complex finance issues clearly. Your communications drive critical business decisions.
Experience in program or project management
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience with SQL
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
Experience leading process improvements
