Wesleyans Information Technology Services (ITS) is agile energetic and collaborative with strong support for professional development and staff creativity. Enterprise Systems an integral part of ITS supports the Universitys Workday System. The Enterprise team consists of three prongs Workday HCM Workday Student and Advancement Systems. The Workday HCM team headed by the Assistant Director Workday HCM is a team of 3. Wesleyanwent live with the implementation of WorkdayHCM for Academic Affairs Human Resources Finance Payroll and ITS in July 2024. Workday postimplementation has been successful and we are currently transitioning to the support and enhancement phase and related challenges.
Reporting to the Assistant Director Workday HCM and Finance this position is primarily responsible for supporting Wesleyans HR and integrated systems with primary focus in Recruiting Talent Core HR and Benefits functional areas.
The Analyst is responsible for configuring and troubleshooting Workday HCM Recruiting Talent and Benefits areas. This includes working with internal clients to develop functional and technical requirements for needed functionality. The Analyst is also responsible for implementing the changes whether it is developing the applications or making the enhancements.
