Job Description
Senior Program Manager Associate Engagement & Listening Insights
What youll do
- Design and deliver suite of surveys inclusive of engagement survey
- Maintain existing ongoing surveys (exit and new hire)
- Surface salient insights from suite of surveys to leadership; collaborate to develop inapp dashboards and visualizations for HR and business stakeholders
- Generate ideas and leverage findings from surveys to suggest engagement programs / priorities working through and with the HR/Talent Partner Community
- Project manage and manage project timelines and interdependencies for any new ad hoc / pulse surveys that arise based on business need
- Build strong relationships and establish a collaborative environment with other HR COEs and business groups that are considering surveying their associates
- Liaise and build relationships with external (vendor) stakeholders
Who you are:
- Operationally savvy and able to execute high quality survey products in a fastpaced environment
- A strategic thinker with a passion for engagement and listening insights
- Detail oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
- An excellent communicator capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences
- Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the team and the organization
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
Qualifications
- 5 years relevant experience global experience strongly preferred
- Functional knowledge of Qualtrics
- Workday familiarity preferred
- Data visualization analytics and insights acumen
- Bachelors Degree preferred

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 92000 USD 131000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
