Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Pricing and Revenue Management Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in operations research methods and optimization algorithms. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing pricing and promotions/offers across all global markets solving complex revenue management challenges and leading a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Problemsolve complex revenue management challenges using Python. Experience in additional languages is a plus.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques to pricing problems to generate ROI for global markets. Manage pricing tests in multiple markets simultaneously as well as primary research projects
- Manage a global team of contractors/vendors/direct reports in various time zones with different communication skill levels.
- Intentionally grow develop and inspire team members to upskill the teams capabilities.
- Build forecasting models predictive models related to time series and demand models.
- Forecast pricing and promotions globally for all markets.

The expected salary range for this role is $129800 $165490 per year

Qualifications :
- Development experience in Python.
- Experience with optimization techniques and operations research with the ability to code in Python.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of machine learning with practical experience building deep learning and reinforcement learning models as applied to revenue growth strategies.
- Experience applying statistics to solve revenue management problems and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Prior experience in managing complex analytical projects with multiple direct reports and stakeholders to completion.
- Masters degree in Statistics Mathematics Economics Data Science Decisions Science or related field.
