38hour Contract No Weekends Public Holidays Off 2 Weeks Off at Christmas
Were on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated OSHC Coordinator to lead our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program at Kin Kora State School Gladstone. If youre an enthusiastic leader who thrives on creating safe inclusive and engaging environments for children we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do:
Coordinate the daily operations of our OSHC service ensuring a nurturing and childfocused environment
Plan and deliver engaging ageappropriate educational and recreational activities that support holistic development
Lead and support a team of educators including mentoring training and performance guidance
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation regulations and internal policies
Maintain accurate records including attendance incident reports and program documentation
Build and maintain strong positive relationships with children families staff and the wider school community
Manage program resources effectively to ensure a wellorganized and stimulating space
Promote a culture of inclusion respect and celebration of diversity
What We Offer:
38hour contract with split shifts 6:00am9:00am & 2:30pm6:00pm) noncontact planning/admin time
No weekends or public holidays
Two weeks off over Christmas
Above award wage.

Qualifications :
Diploma or higherlevel qualifications relevant to working with children in OSHC as per ACECQA (or working towards).
