Job Description
Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for design process optimization and innovation Join our Brand Departments Design Excellence & Innovation team as a Senior Design Project Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our design operations tools and collaboration processes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize designrelated processes ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
- Research assess and support decision making for design and project management software/tools in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Manage the endtoend process of developing and rolling out design guidelines via webbased tools including stakeholder coordination content structuring and timeline management.
- Facilitate interteam communication by organizing design reviews stakeholder feedback sessions and internal newsletters on design developments.
- Support the development of a comprehensive design testing strategy and reporting framework.
- Act as a facilitator and coach driving team efficiency through workshops structured communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyze and optimize collaboration flows and dependencies within the design process ensuring seamless .
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project management related to design ideally in an agency or ecommerce environment.
- Extensive experience in managing creative/design projects with multiple stakeholders including process optimization and implementation of project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to simplify optimize and redefine complex workflows.
- Proficiency in design and project management software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to align stakeholders across various teams.
- Strong project management capabilities including prioritization time management and decisionmaking in complex environments.
- Willingness to travel and engage in personal interactions with teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Successfully completed education in a Design field is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop InDesign Illustrator and more).
- Strong knowledge of online and offline design trends corporate identity marketing and multimedia design.
- Strong understanding of graphic design including typography layout techniques and visual aesthetics with an eye for detail and design excellence.
