Job Summary:

The Division of General Internal Medicine Department of Medicine University of Colorado School of Medicine is seeking a fulltime or parttime clinicianeducator experienced in primary care for women to work in our Womens Integrated Services in Health (WISH) clinic located in Lone Tree CO.

Candidates should be particularly interested and experienced in primary care for women and be board certified or boardeligible in internal medicine. A fulltime position includes providing patient care eight half days or 32 appointable clinic hours per week in the WISH clinic. Responsibilities also include possibility of supervising internal medicine residents teaching medical students and participating in decisions regarding practice operation. Responsibility for night weekend and vacation coverage will be shared within WISH faculty.

The clinicianeducator will have opportunity for academic promotion judged on criteria of demonstrated excellence as a clinician/educator/scholar. Clinicianeducators are encouraged to collaborate with other faculty in clinical research projects but are not expected to be clinicianresearchers.
