Job Description

FLSmidth Inc. is seeking an Electrical and Controls Engineer for its office in Midvale UT to develop design and research electrical equipment and control systems to monitor and control Sedimentation and Precious Metal Recovery products. The position requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Electronics Electrical or Automation Engineering or a related engineering field and two years of experience in the job offered or any related occupation to include: 2 years experience working with electrical and control design software including AutoCAD Eplan (Pro Panel and Pre Planning); 2 years experience working with PLC and SCADA programming languages Siemens Rockwell and Schneider; 2 years experience reading and interpreting Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams; and 2 years experience working with various types of Thickeners Clarifiers OTG filters ADR and Refinery plants consisting of Kilns Mercury Retorts and Electro wining Cells. Employee will be required to travel 20 of the time on domestic and international trips lasting 12 weeks in duration. Work from home within commuting distance of FLSmidths office in Midvale UT is permitted. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education experience and training.
