Job Description
Hardware Reverse Engineer Quantico VA
The Hardware Reverse Engineer will be responsible for performing reverse engineering on embedded technologies hardware and architectures in support of a critical mission. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and program microcontrollers and/or FPGA boards to monitor or communicate with internal buses; and implement capabilities through reverse engineering to identify vulnerabilities and determine exploitable vulnerabilities. The Engineer will perform vulnerability assessments of secure technologies to analyze whether protected or inaccessible information is recoverable; and monitor and manipulate electronic devices as the board level included busses test points and interfaces.

Requirements
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- At least eight 8 years of experience withsoftware development and reverse engineering or vulnerability analysis
- Experience with and knowledge of python C and/or C programming languages
- Experience with software firmware and hardware reverse engineering tools including Ghidra or IDA Pro
- Experience with microcelectronics reverse engineering
- Experience using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes spectrum analyzers JTAG/SW debuggers
- Knowledge of FPGAs
- Knowledge of ARM architecture and assembly language
- Bachelors of Science in electrical engineering computer science mathematics or similar field.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with cryptography
- Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
