The Amazon Fresh Grocery team is excited to welcome an Instock Manager based in NYC Seattle Chicago Austin Arlington or Nashville.
As an Instock Manager (ISM) within Amazon Fresh Grocery youll take on a critical role at the forefront of business planning; overseeing supply chain and inventory management. You will leading crossfunctional initiatives that enhance customer experience and our overall cost to serve. Your leadership will extend domestically across our physical store channels.
To be successful in this role you should feel comfortable using data analytics to influence others. You must be able to build systems and processes that scale as we grow our business. In joining this team you will have the opportunity to both build and operate in an ambiguous fastpaced environment.
A successful Instock Manager must be highly organized selfstarting and possess strong data extraction and analytical capabilities. You must demonstrate passion for customer experience and be able to innovate on behalf of the customer. Strong candidates will have knowledge of fundamental business principles and have previous retail experience. The ideal candidate is able to lead and influence both internal and external teams in an ambiguous environment while maintaining a customercentric philosophy.

3 years of with Excel experience 4 years of supply chain inventory management or project management experience Bachelors degree or 3 years of professional or military experience
Knowledge of the principles of statistical inventory control Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
