Description

Our client is seeking a visionary Director of CommunityDriven Innovation to lead their initiatives focused on enhancing community engagement and fostering innovative solutions rooted in community needs. This role is instrumental in bridging the gap between their organization and the communities we serve ensuring that their projects are responsive to local challenges and opportunities.

As the Director of CommunityDriven Innovation you will develop strategies that prioritize collaboration engagement and empowerment within the community harnessing local insights to drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:



Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Social Science Community Development or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in community engagement innovation or program management roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading communitydriven initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of community dynamics and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience in project management and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and drive innovative solutions.
