We have a fantastic opportunity in our Adobe UK office to lead our BDR (Business Development) Team. Adobes BDR team is responsible for creating net new business pipeline for the Adobe Digital Media suite of products. As leader of this team you will be responsible for the ongoing management of the BDR team. You will ultimately be responsible for encouraging the team to engage with new prospects understand their business needs & goals and creating well qualified pipeline for Field Sales. You will work closely with Sales GTM Sales Ops Marketing and the rest of the Adobe ecosystem to achieve the Western BDR target and help drive the next wave of growth for the Adobe Digital Media.
Be part of the EMEA Sales Development organisation responsible for driving Digital Media pipeline creation across existing and new business in the Western region.
Lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in qualifying sales opportunities to achieve/exceed pipeline generation targets through Inbound Marketing sourced leads and outbound targeted campaign
Develop and continuously improve the customer experience within Adobe; establishing and aligning with various cross functional relationships in order to continue improving the services expected from the Sales Development Team
Build strong business relationships with all stakeholders (AEs Sales Managers Marketing Managers and SOPS) to deliver company goals vision and strategy
Drive performance against individual targets for team members conduct ongoing regular coaching & performance evaluations
Report regularly to Local Leaders regarding the performance of the BDRs in lead qualification furnishing them with statistics of leads qualified plus information on forecast pipeline
Drive the use of a variety of channels such as social media internet webbased tools & outbound calling for pipeline generation
Support and Coach on outbound prospecting techniques including support on email template generation
Act as ambassador at all times for the BDRs within Adobe
Experience in Sales/Business Development or Sales Management with knowledge of SaaS applications a distinct advantage
Experience in the ability to inspire & lead earlystage sales excellence to achieve pipeline goals
Exemplify personal drive determination process excellence and the highest of ethical standards.
Strong understanding of business company management make buying decisions
Have a proven record in achieving pipeline goals
Ability to influence and build credibility with internal partners
Care about Adobes customer & prospects and acts as an internal advocate for the Business Development Group
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and persuasive skills crucial
